A grip aid is only as good as its fit. Too loose, and you lose the wrist support and lockdown that make Versa Gripps worth wearing. Too tight, and it's uncomfortable before you've even loaded the bar. Here's how to get it right.
Step 1: Measure your wrist
Wrap a soft tape measure around your wrist, just below the wrist bone, where the strap would naturally sit. Note the measurement in inches — this is what you'll match against each product's size chart.
Step 2: Match your measurement to a size
Across our range, sizing generally breaks down as: Extra Small (up to 5-6 inch wrist), Small/Medium (6-7 inch), Regular/Large (7-8 inch), and Extra Large (8+ inch). Exact ranges vary slightly by product line, so always check the specific size chart on the product page before ordering.
Step 3: Choose your line
Once you know your size, pick the line that matches your training: PRO for maximum-load compound lifts, FIT if you want a grip built around a smaller hand and wrist, and XTREME if you want the toughest support we offer, in your choice of Sceptre, Onyx, or Platinum.
A quick fit check
Once your Versa Gripps are on, they should feel snug and secure around the wrist with no sliding, but not so tight that they restrict circulation or movement. If in doubt between two sizes, most lifters do better sizing down for a firmer, more supportive fit.
